Exceptional service. Very attentive wait staff.

This is a classy asian wine bar/bistro.
They are similar to Hutong with great main dishes and dumplings.
The atmosphere is a little bit different though. More contemporary (decor, furniture etc) compared to Hutong, which is more traditional conservative and sedate.
Ruyi is marketed towards the younger market (or young at heart).
From my experience, the staff at Ruyi were a little bit less stiff and more friendly than Hutong.

First thing i like about the place the minute i enter this restaurant..i LOVE the atmosphere, layout of the restaurant - is beautiful.. The staff walked us to our table - perfect! Me and my brother looked at the menu .. both of us were like im gonna eat all of it .. we found the menu is very interesting ...we were willing to try the dumplings, peking duck cone, bbq pork ribs, citrus pork and summer chicken ...

But, we only ended up order the Pork and crab shao long bao and Pork and prawn shao mai for a starter - quite delicious ..
then, for the main we had the summer chicken (serves with fresh mango - love it!) and citrus pork (absolutey beautiful taste in mouth .. with the citrus sauce). The service - thumbs up... Dined in this restaurant definitely worth of every penny ..
