When I ask for 5 pieces of shaved ham, don't tell me it's not possible and give me a hand full of ham! The customer always knows best and anything is possible. Every other supermarket I've ever been to has been able to pick up 5 pieces of shaved ham and they don't end up giving me a handful of ham and charging me for more than what I actually want.
