A big shout out to Bethany and Nick at Ryde Toyota.Great experience.Bethany efficiently helped me find the part I needed for my car and Nick was amazing.He was very friendly,had great customer service skills and helped fix the part for me.He answered all my questions very patiently and with a smile on his face.I was very satisfied with the customer care they provided to me-keep up the great work:)

Had my car serviced last week and was very satisfied with the welcoming, caring and customer service care provided to me even when I provided one negative feedback to them.
Staff never once tried to defend their staff however staff immediately spoke about my dissatisfaction to their Service Manager. They acted upon it and assured me that it was a good feedback for them to improve on their services.

I recently had my vehicle serviced by this company however, upon picking up my car I noticed that it had been damaged.
This did not bother me as we are all human, we all make mistakes from time to time, I totally understand that.
What did frustrate me was the immediate denial and subsequent complete and utter refusal to accept any responsibility for the damage which had obviously been caused by them.
I would strongly suggest to anyone that you DO NOT get your Toyota serviced here.

FOUND THEM TO BE EXPENSIVE AND THE SERVICE ALWAYS SATISFACTORY THEY ALSO TAKE A LONG TIME GETTING PARTS IN THEY ALSO WAIT TILL THEY HAVE YOUR VEHICLE THERE BEFORE THEY ORDER THE PARTS IN SPECIALLY IF THE PARTS ARE NOT TOYOTA PARTS
