BEWARE RYG Excavation & Landscape have no public liability insurance, no personal indemnity insurance, doesn’t even have workers compensation for contractors classed as employees under the relevant Acts.

RYG do not hold a domestic builders limited licence in landscape construction which is required for works over $10,000.

RYG has even recently had a 15 yo child work onsite WITHOUT without some with a working with children’s check present.

He will get as much of a deposit from you and then ghost/ignore you for months. He even uses excuses if the death of his has sister or disabled brother as reasons.

I worked as his 2IC and by the end of half of the jobs the clients would not even want to speak directly with him.

He regularly over chargers and takes incorrect measurements to add to the costing. A recent customer was overcharged almost $4000 in materials and labourer not even supplied.
