I was initially impressed by the competitive price. I had to make a not-at-fault claim (first accident i've been in), they were supportive at the time, although they cancelled my policy straight after with a few weeks notice. They made the excuse that they did't deem the car to be a "classic car", despite initially insuring it. I had to organise a new policy which was now double the price since I had the not-at-fault claim. I'm really disappointed in their service and I've lost faith in them.
I was a member of this insurance company and was quite happy as I had an imported car insured with them but then at the end of the year got a letter explaining that they had to let me go as a customer due to change of policies on some of their cars etc... not happy! Considering how loyal I was!
