I called this shop initially want to straighten only part of my fringe hair. The quote I get was $70 plus hair cut $110, and when I been to the shop the owner told me she will charge $150 for straightening and plus $110 hair cut.

I was shocked as its only for straightening less than a hand full of hair - $110, so I asked the owner to explain what they would do, and why the price is different than what they said. The owner laughed at me and told me "we are a luxury hair dresser and if you can't afford it, you should go to a cheap shop!"

I left the shop, the reason being was not I can't afford it, have been to much better salon than this shop. Can't stand the arrogant attitude of the shop owner. There was only one customer in such a big salon, there was a reason for it. Not like most of japanese people - polite and hardworking, they are very rude and can't careless of customer.

Nice clean shop, in the middle of Edward st. Has been there three times. The first one was excellent. The haircut was done by Keita. Second visit was for hair colour. I had a 30% off due to promotion every tuesday. However the promotion has ended now. Also Keita has left. Hope they will soon get a replacement as good as Keita.
