We hired SA Building and Carpentry for our home extension. We have been extremely happy working with Sean (the builder). Sean has not quite finished the job that he was hired to do, but what has been done so far is fabulous. Very impressed with the work that he is performing, has gone above and beyond the scope of work that I hired him for, wants his jobs to look perfect. I will definitely let. Our house had Undergone attack from white ants and termites which in result from the many years left untreated it structurally nearly became unliveable .

Thanks to Sean and his amazing work our house has new bearers and joists under the house that were damaged by termites. He made the foundation Secure. Removed and replaced timber walls leaving them secure.

I appreciate how professional his work was just by making us feel secure with providing a certificate for structural stability obtaining by structural engineering, which on the day the engineer came on site and approved it himself . We had Sean build a granny flat on the rear of our property. The granny flat exceeded our expectation. So much so that we decided to move into it and rent out the family home. The granny flat is perfectly structured with beautiful intricate details.

A year later we decided to build an extension for storage space. We met with Sean and explained what it was we wanted. Sean made it happen in a matter of 6 weeks. The work done perfectly and again exceeded our expectations.
