Used them in a sale.

They were very hard to get hold of - doesn't usually return calls or emails. Communication was not great. I received almost no updates during settlement period, even with some chasing.

The initial documents I received had several incorrect definitions and instructions. When I asked about this, I was told their letter template is just a bit outdated. It is pretty stressful to be doing a major transaction and your representative can't put clear and correct documents together.

They never ran the proposed settlement breakdown by me before settling. After settlement, I had to chase for the breakdown, and then found several errors which cost me over $1k. They said they would make some calls and make it right, but never did, even after being chased. I had to do it myself, and rely on the good will of others to help make it right.

S&D are very friendly, but I won't use them again.

worse experience as a new home buyer. never followed up my enquires correctly or guide me to make sure everything i wanted was done.
-Not recommended for people who don't know what they are doing and are new to buying. Feel like I was taken advantage of.

We were having problems with the buyers of our property so it was holding up settlement for us on our new property. Sharon went to extraordinary lengths to get it to all happen. She was amazing...she certainly earnt every penny! We will be using her again in future. Thanks Sharon x
