Had my mower in for a service and it was in a worse condition when I got it back than when I took it in!! It was running like a charm but I decided to get a service done. After the service I had to return it twice because of a massive oil leak from the sump plug. The first time I took it back I was told it was fixed...took it home and noticed an even larger oil puddle than the first time. Job not well done, not once but twice, customer inconvenienced with 'office business hours' Monday to Friday, additional running around and heaven only knows how it has been fixed.......hope the workmanship has not had it welded on!!

Just came on to look up the phone number for this store and noticed the previous review. I signed up just so I can share my experience.I have been getting my mower and other equipment repaired at this store for 12 years now and have always been very pleased. In fact, I'm taking my mower there now for it's regular service.The owner is always cheerful and polite and knows his job well. Service is always quick and at a good price.I have referred many of my friends who have been very happy with his work.I don't know what andyofsa's problem is. Only 2 reviews and both are negative. And what business hours does he expect? His experience sounds nothing like the store that I know.
