Bad experience with Sab. Overcharged n recommend services that is unnessary done or replaced., i.e he asked to change the rear gear a year ago which my other mechanic said it was ok to drive for another year. And yes it last for another year n no issues at all. Replaced the gear with my other mechanic which charged half of his price. Ridiculous expensive n never come back

Overpriced and takes short cuts. Wife took her car in to fix oil leak and they attempted to repair a job using silicone. Charged for engine wash which was $65 when half of engine still filthy. Car came home and the oil leak has not stopped. Before my wife met me, she had been going here for years. I laughed at the over the top fees. STAY AWAY FROM HERE. total cost of repair job was $360 and nothing was fixed except for adding silicone but charging for gasket, time and engine wash which wasnt done. RIP OFF.

Approximate cost: $360

car was fixed by sabs last week, radiator had to be replaced, job was completed but a bit on the pricier side. initial quote was almost $100 off the mark, may not mean much to some but it did to me.

I bought a car at Sab's two years ago and paid $11,000 for it, and in just one year, I spent over $4000 on fixing faults and major electric problems the car had. When we bought the car, Sab told us the car would be under a 12 month warranty if we serviced it with him. Every time we took it to him in that year, he would say the faults were not covered under warranty (surprise surprise) and would charge us an average of $900. The last time I took my car there, I had to take it back to him because it was leaking petrol straight after we left the service center and he still charged me for the second time, even though it was his mistake. Forget the warranty. It's all just to lock you in to getting your car serviced by him. That was my experience. I will never go back there again.

I totally got ripped off for a service. Things were done to the car that didn't need to be done. When I told friends how much I paid they were shocked and said that I got ripped off big time. Doesn't help when your female and walk into a mechanics workshop and ask to get your car serviced. I'd never ever go back there again. The work seemed fine (from what I could tell) but it's wayyyy over priced.

Approximate cost: $750

It's typical really. I too (female) went to have my car serviced and he tried to con me into getting numerous other things that I had no interest in fixing. I just stood my ground and told him to just service my car. I haven't been back since, I dare say. I have to say he does come across as being money hungry and grabbing and definitely overcharges in my opinion.

I had a terrible experience here, paying $2000 to have a car repaired - and then picking it up to find it had the same problem! Sab then gave me a courtesty car - a clapped out old ford - and kept it another 4 days. He took it to another mechanic! I got it back and it seemed ok, then 10 days later it started spewing black smoke. This time I took it to a

Well, it is certainly not acceptable to charge someone for something that was not repaired.
