Called Safeguard and their tech attended our site, the tech was very knowledgable and very helpful, highly recommend Safeguard,

I had a locksmith come to change locks on my rental property after tenants have vacated. He was over 1.5hours late with no call or apology on arrival. His uniform was filthy and wouldn't make eye contact with me when speaking.

I showed him the lock and asked him if replacing with the same locks is appropriate or are there safer locks on the market he replied "I dunno".

The work took a LONG time and when done, he offered to take cash and wouldn't charge me GST or else he'd have to give me an invoice and it would cost more!

I called the office and advised the man on the phone what had happened and he said "what do you want me to do about it? book someone else next time if you don't like it".

So I will and am advising everyone how awful this company is!
