Very professional and helpful. So glad we finally found a mechanic who knows what he is talking about and can trust. Took my daughters 2001 model BMW and solved the on going problems my previous mechanic couldn't fix. Thank you we will definitely be back for our next service.

***WARNING*** ***AVOID AT ALL COSTS*** The rudest mechanic i have ever encountered! Showed up almost a hr late without a phone call then proceeded to have attitude! Advised a price which seemed very expensive and advised i would shop around. Glad i did as their quote was almost 3 times market price. DISGUSTING!

WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Never arrived for the time booked. No phone call. Didn't answer my calls. Then calls back later asking who i was and became abusive when I said i had a booking. very very rude!

Shocking service and rude. I would never recommend this business and unfortunately my time is obviously not valued. He was over 3 hrs late and had the hide to be rude about it when I said something.

Showed up 1.5 hrs late, quoted one price and charged nearly double ($1700 to do clutch plate), car broke down 45kms later, needed 2 tows - one to get home, and one to another mechanic who then repaired the original damage...plus the additional damage done by Magic Spanners. Total for a 'clutch repair' when all costs considered: $2500.

Failed to arrive the first day, only after I called them did they sort it out and arrange a time for the next day. Turned up half an hour late the next day. Had a look over the car, said not much to worry about. I had overfilled the oil a little (but not yet run it) and they said not to worry, it'll be fine. Took it for a drive, blew some smoke now wont start. Pretty sure at the very least I've fouled the sparks due to too much oil. My experience was with just one staff, so I cant say anything about the others. But I would not recommend risking it.

I am very happy with the service provided by Magic Spanners. They were able to come out the same day I called and were even early, after recieveing a phone call to advice of this first :) They were very polite and helpful, explaining what they was doing and what to expect throughout the whole process of fixing my car. Thankyou Magic Spanners!!! I will definately be recommending you to all me friends :) PS It was nice to have a mechanic that didnt speak down to me simply beacuse I was female.... Thanks guys.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! CANCELLED ON US THEN CAME 1 HOUR LATE WITH NO FOLLOW UP CALL TO US ADVSIING US OF THE SITUATION!!!!! WOULD NEVER GO THROUGH THEM AGAIN !!!!!!!

Excellant service, calls in the morning and they were able to fix my car the same day
