good location, quality of the food is okay but there customer service is something they need to work on especially during the week

I go to this Safeway all the time it really is good, they have almost everything you can need and the prices are generally reasonable with specials every week. Its easy to get to and there is pleanty of parking available and it is also on a shopping strip on centre road.

The value of the store is quite good, but the food you buy isnt alwaysin top quality. On more than one occassion I have had to come back to the supermarket to return items that are gone off.

I was after the Pledge Grabit Duster with the extendable handle. I asked the store assistants numerous times and never got help. I ended up contacting Pledge and they advised me it should be in stock but contacted the store for me anyway who were supposed to ring me when they had some. Never did obviously! I have witnessed the manager rouse on customers and look generally annoyed in store. It's just never pleasurable!

This supermarket is on my way so I was tempted to give them more than one chances. Their Delli products are NEVER fresh, I am now throwing away a big block of "fresh" ricota. This is so annoying. I once bought my little boy expensive bocconcini cheese for a snack, and we had to go back to the store to get a refund. BE AWARE.
