A smaller safeway store but easy to get around. Stock is usually available but the bakery is low on choices. The bottle shop is small but does have some good specials. Customer service is very good. The staff are very friendly on the tills.

The people here were friendly at least to me. They were very helpful and walked to the isle with me when I asked them where a product was.

i do shop here for the convenience but they generally dont have what you need. i have been coming here for about 15 years and i must say the staff selection has deteriated. thank goodness bernie and breanda are still there. I do miss coming in lissening to these 3 really funny girls stories. i think all of there names were sharon or somthing like that. One was really loud one was really short and the other one always wore lots of make up. Find these girls and bring them back. they really made a shopping experience fun.

- After waiting in line for 5 minutes the girl at the checkout tells us to move to another checkout (7pm on a friday and there were 2 checkouts open) beinhd a 10 person que after just putting her sign up with 7 of us wiating in a line. When complaining to her she said shed serve just me and my mother I told her this was not fair on the other people in the line. When looking for someone to complain to for the service and rudeness expirenced by this supermarket visit(added with a few other bad expirences) there was no one to be found. This is not an attack on the particular checkout girl, as she was told to put up her closing sign while there were other people waiting BY A SUPERVISOR. This is by far the worst expirence I have EVER had, not just at supermarkets but in everyday life and I will deffinetly contact the store manager to complain, if nothing is done I will go further.

great environment, the people are fantastic and really easy going to talk to. The queue's aren't very long and their specials are fantastic every week. its a great place

The Staff are nice and the lines are not long. I feel very comfortable shopping my groceries here. The car park and location are also very convenient for me to go shopping in and around that area.

Is a great alternative to the coles supermarket in elsternwick. The staff are friendly and the lies are very short. You dont wait long at all. They do need better baby seats in the trolleys though. I was there yesterday and cut my arm on an old rusted trolley.
