The customer service is always good when you can't find something, most of the staff will take you to which aisle you need. The stores are always clean, well presented, and the check out staff are also quite good. Can be a bit expensive, but when Aldi arrive in town later in the year, prices are bound to match Aldi.

Not bad as supermarkets go. The range is usually a little limited compared with a city supermarket and the prices tend to be a little higher than in melbourne. The baby section is good though and there are products not available in Melbourne. The staff are friendly and helpful as needed.
