Took my partners TAG watch in for repair. I was advised it would take approx 2 weeks for a quote and another 2 weeks for repair. After 3 weeks I called store and was told it's not been 4 weeks call back next week. Called back to be told don't know how long it's going to be as repairers they use have a back log of work. It took another 8 weeks to get it repaired and returned to me. I had to instigate all the communication with them. Not once did they call or apologise for the delay. Never again will I go into their store.
