Crazy that you manage to make such a bad impression on someone that is simply requesting answers to a few common queries, what a bad attitude!

I have sent an email through with some queries to decide if I will be using this vet, no response.
After a few weeks I post a condensed version of my queries in the Google 'questions' section, my questions are deleted.
I repost my questions, assuming perhaps it is a technical glitch, the questions are once again removed.

How incredibly unprofessional and sad that this admin would rather go to all of that effort than just answer the questions.

So as promised, here are my questions. Please bare in mind you will not be getting my business now or at any point in the future, it's really more about the principle.

The after hours vet service -

Will someone always be available to answer and assist?
Is there an alternate number I can call if no one answers?

Puppy preschool / Dog training -

Is this service offered? Or do you have a recommended service?

Understanding that every pet is different and require varying levels of care and time, could I please have ballpark estimates of the cost of -

A general consult
Second & third puppy vaccinations (Protech C3)
Adult dog booster vaccinations for a small dog
Desexing of a male dog (14-20 kg)

How many vets are generally on site after hours?
How many are available during your open hours?
Are all vets at this practice qualified and able to immediately operate or perform blood work, CPR, other lifesaving solutions etc.?

How long will a general consult go for?
Do you accept walk ins or consults only by appointment?
If you do accept walk-ins, how long is the average wait on weekends?

enjoy.

John and his crew are lovely to deal with and really care for the animals they see. I've been going to them for quite a few years now and whilst I've moved away from the area, I'm happy to drive the 25-30 minutes it takes to get there now.

I've been there for two years since I got my dogs. I chose that place because of where I lived. Excellent doctors and nurses as they are always kind and friendly. They answered so many questions of mine and treat my dogs well. I even moved my place to bit far but still go there if something happen to my dogs unless my dogs need specialist treatment.
