I've been using these guys since they opened. Whilst they're sometimes a little slow, the result is always amazing and the price is good too.

Abysmal 'service': 4 hours for a regrowth touch up is disgraceful. The hair dresser OVERBLEACHED the hair first, then tried to adjust it, taking a further few hours - but a dark stripe and blotchy yellow/white patches are visible on the parting and forehead. Will take over a year to get back to previous hair length, with expensive treatment products, or a very short hair cut will be necessary to remove ruined hair. Disrespectful attitude when follow-up service requested to repair damaged hair quality. Cannot recommend at all. Extremely disappointing.
