I have been going to Salon Eclipse for over 3 yrs and now i come down from Brisbane for my hair to be done professionally. The prices are reasonable and the salon is always clean Now my daughter goes to Salon Eclipse and she states she likes the professionalism and friendly ALL the staff are. There is always a smile on entry and as many coffees as i want Because Salon Eclipse is so popular i now have to book three weeks ahead for an appointment.

I must agree with Pickle I'm afraid when I recently visited this salon I was more or less treated the same way, I was rushed not made to feel welcome, and before someone asks I did tell them I wouldn't be re booking. I am amazed though at all the response from one persons opinion, since one negative comment has been posted. My child wasn't made to feel welcome.I would not recommend this salon, Just saying!!!

Word of warning unless you personally know the management then I wouldn't even bother going, I made the mistake of going to this salon for a special offer they had going on I asked for the management's thinking I'd have the best service, Well I was wrong!! I was made to feel like a second class person yet when people they knew come in they were all over them talking to them instead of me, I wasn't offered refreshments the colour was all wrong and I was passed over to the junior to finish off as I mustn't of been worth their while to actually style, I feel sorry for the staff that work there as they just looked embarrassed as management unprofessionally went off to talk to friends midway through applying my colour,Never again would I let that frumpy so called stylist attack my hair.

I have my hair done at this salon and I think they are fantastic. The management and staff are excellent. I have had no problems with the girls understanding what I want and I always get positive comments from family and friends about my new hair! I also take my mother who is 85 and they treat her so well. The girls have offered to go next door and get her a sandwich while she waits or have escorted her in there so she doesn't fall. I would happily recommend this salon to anyone.

I love this Salon! I was a regular before I moved away to Toowoomba, but have made the trip down in the past 2 years a few times (before and after being pregnant!). The staff are friendly and professional, it's a relaxed environment and the services are great. I go here to get away from my manic life, catch up on the latest news, and to get my hair done (and a de-fuzz) so I feel fabulous again! I can't wait to move back to the Coast later this year, to become a 'regular' again!

I have been a client of Salon Eclipse since the new management took over two years ago. I have watched a young professional stylist bring a previous sad salon to life with renovations and a wonderful attitude to every client. I have watched the salon grow and this can only be attributed to hard work, responsibility, and a love of giving clients the best of each and every staff member. They have also included a wonderful children's room which I find is fantastic if you have small children. I sometimes have to take my grandchild with me and i can relax in the atmosphere and know my child is safe and entertained. I would recommend Salon Eclipse to anyone who is looking for reliable service, thoughtful and trustworthy staff and the feeling of being treated as a very special client every time.

I have been gong to Salon Eclipse for some time and have found the salon to be nothing other than friendly and professional. I will certainly be going back and also highly recommending the salon for future clients.

I made the mistake of taking in a picture sort of similar to what I wanted. The hairdresser copied the picture rather than listen to what I actually wanted. It's not a bad cut, but it's not what I was hoping for. Will be clipping my fringe back until it has grown out enough to be cut again. By a different hairdresser at a different place.

Since being under new management, Salon Eclipse is by far, the best hair salon in the Oxenford area. The girls are extremely friendly and go out of their way to assist in any way possible to make sure your visit is a 'remembered' one. The salon is bright and friendly and the atmosphere is exciting. All hair & beauty services are catered for along with an excellent nail technician. I have no hesitation in recommending Salon Eclipse to anyone who is looking for that 'something special'.
