I lived in Paris for 45 years and frequented very good hairdressers. Neil leaves all of them in the shade! He has a special gift for creating natural-looking highlights that don’t damage your hair.

It is a real treat to visit the salon. Apart from the skilled hairdressing, I appreciate the quiet, tranquil atmosphere and the fact that I know I won’t be leaving with a headache caused by loud, thumping music. (Other salons, and shops for that matter – take note!)

I’m so glad I found Salon Scalone when I moved to Australia and am happy to call myself a regular.

OUTSTANDING. Everyone comments on my hair. There is not enough Hair Technicians like these brothers around. Prices are a reflection of their CRAFT and skill. Do yourself a favour and book in with either of them. You won't be disappointed. ️

I have been going to Salone Scalone and seeing Neil to have my hair done for the last 10 years and he always does such a fantastic job. I wouldn't go anywhere else. So much care is put in and the atmosphere is so comfortable... I look forward to spending time there every few weeks.

I have been a regular for over thirteen years years and am still extremely satisified with the service, care and attention that is shown to me. Neil is amazing. The salon is conveniently location in Bondi Junction yet its a sanctuary from the hustle and bustle of the retail world that is outside. I get lots of compliments about my hair (chemical straigthened by Neil), the colour (by Neil) and the cut (by Neil). As good as its gets!

I went in, with decidedly terrible hair on Wednesday afternoon. I'm usually intimidated by hairdressers - let's face it - they wield a lot of power. However, Neil, who took care of me, turned my hair from shabby into sleek - it feels and looks amazing now!!! He's intelligent and funny and really knows hair. He gave me exactly what I asked for, a fringe that I can still put in a ponytail and flicks over my eyes and lovely choppy layers. I couldn't be more grateful and delighted. Extremely considerate and kind (I needed a haircut to visit an ex-boyfriend) Neil's salon is also a beautiful place to be.

I have been looking for a regular salon for ages and this is it. Good hairdressers, wine and massage in one package - plus a quiet airy salon away from the noise of the Junction. Neil, one of the owners, does a glorious head and neck massage. Natural products and ammonia-free hair colour on offer. Plus I can take the males of the family who'll love the pool table in the middle of the salon. Very happy.

I had my colour and cut done by Kate, about 2 weeks ago, and I loved it, she did the best job on my hair I felt fantastic when I left. The owners are very welcoming aswell, it would lovely to sit and relax over a wine and enjoy getting my hair done.. I'll be back for sure

If you want quality hair extensions you need to go to Jay! He is so talented and does an amazing job. I have had all types of hair extensions and his method is the best! When I first went to Jay 2 years ago my hair was falling out due to previous hair extensions. Since that time my real hair has grown back and is longer and thicker! I have had no futher damage to my own hair. The best part is no one knows I have extensions unless I tell them!

My wife is hard to please when it comes to hairdressers. So getting her to try Salon Scalone on a day when she was feeling glum anyway was looking like I was on a hiding to nowhere. Imagine my delight when she calls me to tell me she's had her hair done and she can't wait for me to see it! By the time I get home I'd actually forgotten about the call but the second I walked in I see my wife, just more gorgeous than she was that morning and she's absolutely beaming with happiness. Yes, Salon Scalone's a great place for a haircut and it looks like a great place to cheer yourself up too!
