I ordered a cable for my salt lamp and it arrived within 3 days :) very happy. Excellent customer service and care - highly recommended!

I ordered 5 lamps and they arrived swiftly, well packaged in bubble wrap and boxes. Am very happy with the lamps, they are Xmas gifts and I look forward to giving them. My only gripe is with the courier company - we live upstairs and instead of leaving them at the front door the deliverer left them in front of my car in the carport where they could easily have been stolen. We were away and it rained for 3 days until we found them, soggy boxes and obviously heavy which my husband then had to carry up to the house. As the delivery fee was $40 I felt they should have been delivered to the house.

I bought 2 home packs, 3 shaped lamps and globes...and to my surprise they gave me 1 tealight and 3 globes extra. Very happy with the service, well packed package and wonderful products. Thank u very mch...u surely know how to treat your costumers. Very happy indeed.

I got one of the home sets, such great value - I've already recommended to work friends & family! Super quick postage & the lamps are so uniquely individual. Well protected in wrapping. 2 of the bulbs blew within first half hour but I think they'll be easy enough to replace - probably a good idea to get spare bulbs when you make any orders. Thank you - my house has such a warm feeling to it now, I love them all!
