Salt therapy rooms are a natural therapy for relief from breathing and skin conditions.

Salt therapy can help relieve the symptoms of conditions such as:
Asthma
Hay fever
Eczema and Psoriasis
Cold & congestion
Sinusitis
Snoring and poor sleep
Stress & anxiety

A session in our salt rooms runs for 45 minutes. A specialised 'halogenerator' grinds dry Pharmaceutical Grade Salt into tiny breathable particles and disperses these micro particles into the salt room.

The dry salt particles are inhaled deep into the lungs to help loosen congestion and cleanse the airways of smoke, dust, pollution, pollens and other allergens. Exposing skin to the dry salt can help improve the skin’s protective properties and balance Ph levels. It promotes superficial bacterial flora (good bacteria on our skin) whilst reducing the harmful bacteria that is often present with certain skin conditions.

We also sell a large range of Himalayan Salt Lamps, Magnesium products, bath soaks, salt soaps and skin scrubs.
