I commissioned this company to collect goods from Qld to deliver to Vic. They took my money first and only then did they state their terms of no refund. They were unable to carry out their side of the arrangement on the date stipulated, but still refuse to give a refund. Instead they are willing to give a credit that must be used within 30 days. I am a retired pensioner; I will never have need of a courier again. I have lodged a complaint with the Office of Fair Trading.
