Much improved quite relieved to not have to drive to Helensvale Kiwi fish n chips, much rather drive 500m. Really yum dinner tonight. The menu is unnecessarily extensive and some really good burgers would be great, less of the processed stuff.

Ordered crumbed cod, 3 prawn cocktails, a dim sum and chips. Had my normal diet of musley that morning and a nut bar I have lots of. Felt great. Ordered food from Sam's at 330pm, felt a bit sick an hour later. 4 hours later had full blown shakes, muscle pain, head ache, sore throat and a fever. I won't be going back and I'll be telling everyone they sell old off seafood. I'll be ringing the appropriate authority to tell them about their bad practices. The young girl that served me was nice though.

Nice fish and chips but very slow service and trying to place a phone order is a waste of time as they either hang up on the call before they answer or they put you on hold for 15 mins and forget about you. I am a very unimpressed customer. They need to work much harder on service and speed.

They never open on time. It says 11.30am on their door and many times it is after 1.00pm before they even open. I avoid them now and I live next door to them!!!

Nice fish and chips always cooked fantastic and full of flavour but prices are quite expensive and you don't get much chips for $7.50 which should feed a family but doesn't, shop very clean and staff members always make you feel welcome.

Sams makes those old school hamburgers like we all had when we were kids, before all the large fast food companies.
Phone ahead because they can be a little slow.

This place has great food and they do awesome deals. But it takes a really long time to get your food. It didn't seem that busy one time and it took them fourty minutes to do our order. But I still recommend giving them a go.
