Terrible! This salon is full of hairdressers that don't listen to you. I have tried a few times since it is close to home and will not go anymore. I recently asked for balayage treatment with brown colour and lighter ends. I even showed a picture. What I got was dark brown colour with a few blonde foils. The dark brown is almost black and the technique is certainly not what I asked for :(

Awful. I went in for electrolysis and left with weeping blisters and still have scarring as a result.

I have been going to Sam's Hair and Beauty for nearly 5 years and each and every time I have been there all the staff are amazing, attentive and always do an excellent job! I recently got a manicure there and it was so relaxing as I was lying down with a cup of peppermint tea offered to me as well. I also get my hair cut and coloured there, which is always catered to my changing styles. I can't fault anything about this salon and highly recommend them to everyone.

Both hair and beauty are great - Nic in beauty has been doing my waxing and tinting for 7 years now and not once have I walked away unhappy. I've always been very well looked after by the staff and for that reason am a regular customer.

Wow what a diamond in the rough. I have curly hair that always gets mascaraed. The hairdresser took her time with me. Most mens cuts seem to be rushed in and out but she really looked after me.
