After 4 attempts to email an electrician (out of my area) none got back to us so we called Sam he was on time & very helpful got the job done reasonable price we have booked him again for another job. Very happy with his service good customer service thank you Sam.

Figuring I have had Sam out in the past and he did a good job. However this time, didnt turn up for first appointment then make another appointment for the following morning and yes you guessed it, didnt turn up then either or even a phone call. Very dissapointng and not a very happy customer!

Can't really comment on their work as they never followed up after visiting to quote. Following a quote - I e-mailed - no response and then I called them at which stage I was assured they would sent a quote through that night. Never came.

He was as his ad said, he was reliable and on time, with amazing attention to detail. He was courteous and efficient.
