Service was OK. BUT, the manager directed his mechanical questions to my boyfriend when it was ME with the bike problem. "Do you have bike tools at home mate?" I've had this problem as a female before when getting my car fixed in the outer suburbs. But this is a bike shop in Brunswick. Come on, get with the times!

We needed a bike with a toddler seat. I wanted something a little cool, without being seriously overcharged. Ryan was brilliant, put the bike together and also fitted the toddler seat. I ordered over the phone and Ryan kept me updated as to when it was ready. Collected the bike, had a test ride and the world was perfect. We are now going to purchase another bike from Ryan for my 14 yo daughters birthday next month. Could not be happier!!!
