My back was hurting very bad for three years. I had heard about Sam from someone else who said he was one of the best and looked into him. After 30 minutes, he diagnosed it and told me what to do. After his session, I was quite sore the next day. No pain no gain as they say. However my pain has lessen a lot. Don't take Sam's age or price and assume that he won't do a good job. He is very attuned to your needs and is very good at back and neck pain. Highly recommended
