Always have a good experience. Massage was good. Products are good. Even bought products to use at home

To Brie at a time when I needed to relax the most you created ambience to do that, thank-you.
I had some bad news and needed to relax and process the information I received, Brie quietly went about her business in a professional way which allowed me the quiet time i required, the massage and body polish was excellent, the premises was clean and the products used were brilliant.

Approximate cost: $100

Honestly the worst spa experience! Not only do the staff have no idea what they are doing or how to massage they are extremely rude and don't know how to create a relaxing environment.
After what was a poor attempt of a massage (I'd describe it more like I was being stroked and oil just smeared on my body), I was then told I would have my mani and pedi, which was just applying nail polish, no cutical trimming or filing. They left me laying on the table for extended periods of time on a regular basis (mostly during what was supposed to be my hour long massage). One of the times was so they've could set up for clients that were coming. So much for looking after the clients you have already there!
To top things off they put foot scrub on my face and lied about it when I asked them about it, which horrifies me. What's makes me so angry is I told them multiple times I have sensitive skin, my face felt like it was burning. I walked out early as I couldn't stand one more second in that dirty 'clinic'. Wouldn't go back if someone paid me!!

This place is a joke, the staff are definately not qualified& the products advertised are not what is used, cheap products that you buy from a bargain store is more the product range used here, and it all stinks like toilet cleaner & disinfectant. Also the facial was not a proper facial, at the very minimum you would use a facial steamer but they don't even use that , nothing is sterilised & everything was so dirty , and the water bowl for facials was shared between myself and my sis in law as we were in the same room , so disappointed. Most certainly NOT a day spa

Appauling/dirty, unprofessionial, and under qualified. Dirty linen, reused & unwashed. No steralising equipment Not decantering products. Do some research, perhaps go in and suss a few salons and spas out. The packages this place has going is a complete waste of time and money, as i said you may find something better but may be a little pricier, but id prefer to be safe than sorry! Even a basic facial / express should include more than 4 products and a steamer, and should have a variety of products for each skin type should do extractions if needed. A mani and pedi should atleast include file/ shape, buff, an exfoliant, moisturiser, massage, cuticle remover etc. Polish; base, colour, top coat. A full body massage, is surprisingly the full body. Please keep this is mind ladys! And share around im fully qualified and feel so awful knowing a practise can still be running after such lack of effort and no real concern for the general health and wellbeing of the public. Very disappointed with the service
