I agree with all the 5 star reviews! Ken was such a lovely chap to deal with. There were some left field issues with installing our new dryer which he took in his stride and worked out how to overcome them. He even helped fix a swinging door problem, unrelated to the dryer installation. He's very knowledgeable, helpful, a great conversationalist and a ray of sunshine. He certainly brightened our day and will be our go to for any installations or handyman jobs.

I purchased a Bosch 8 series dishwasher with professional built-under installation through the Good Guys.

From the moment Kenneth from S&K Home case Services arrived, issues began.

He initially refused to perform the built-under installation I had specifically paid for, insisting he would only do a free-standing install. After I showed him my receipt confirming what I'd purchased, he reluctantly agreed.

Throughout the process, Kenneth attempted to pressure-sell me a water pressure limiter, claiming it was "mandatory" for my model. When I explained that Bosch 8 series dishwashers have built-in pressure regulation and this wasn't necessary, his entire demeanor changed. The service quality noticeably deteriorated from that point.

The installation was left in a substandard state - the dishwasher wasn't flush with the cabinetry and the bottom skirt wasn't installed at all. When questioned, Kenneth claimed this protruding position was his preferred "better look," completely disregarding standard installation requirements and my preferences for my own kitchen.

I had an excellent experience with Ken the technician who installed my dryer. He was incredibly thorough, taking the time to explain every step of the process and ensuring everything was set up correctly. Not only was he knowledgeable, but he was also very friendly and approachable, which made the whole experience even better. He answered all my questions, gave great advice on dryer maintenance, and made sure I understood how everything worked. I truly appreciate his professionalism and attention to detail. Highly recommend!

I had Ken come over today to remove my old dishwasher, and install my new one.
He was incredibly professional, took great care of my property, cleaned as he went, and didn’t leave until he was happy with the install.

Ken entered my residence and began walking me through the process of installing my new dishwasher, but by the time he left we had spoken about far more. He is just a pleasure to be around, but that does not take away from his capacity as a professional, there were difficulties involved in the installation that could not have been forseen. however, Ken made sure to clearly communicate the circumstances and costs involved and did the additional work on the spot which was surprising.

SO HAPPY with Ken's service! He was punctual, friendly and provided a great dryer install. He was patient in explaining how to use and care for my dryer, upfront about additional costs (needed a wooden bar added to wall for proper support) and was very efficient. Would definitely recommend :)
