they could do with a course on customer service which sadly lets them down store has a great variety and can order for you if out of stock

Poor selection of DVDs which are really over priced and almost NO cds in-store is very disappointing.
They do stock a great selection of cleaning equipment for cds and dvds. Also band shirts are normally in-store here which is a nice alternative to buying online.

Way overpriced! the amount of music items they had there was limited to say the least and mostly popular music not a wide selection! Jb would have triple the amount of music on its shelves and at half the price!

sanity has a decent selection althought not quite as extensive as JB HI FI. The prices are extraordinarily high compared to JB. The same product at sanity was half price at JB hi fi. when they have sales on, occassionally you may pick up something worthwhile for a great price, but otherwise i'd stay away.
