So professional to start.
Do not let them measure or custom make anything because they cannot get it right and will give any excuse possible to avoid accepting blame.
They will sell you second rate products and hope you will accept them.
We sent back faulty taps, waited weeks past the promised date for two custom made vanities, one that didn’t fit, and got sold two toilets where the lids would not stay up, but they say they are fine and refuse to accept they are faulty. Even the manufacturer cannot fix them.
They are demanding payment but have given incorrect invoices……the list goes on!
Do not be conned by these cowboys!

Expensive and poor follow up service. Spent $4000 at this place and when the vanity lights only lasted 12 months they didn’t want to know me unless I paid $185 for another system - avoid this business at all costs.

Great service with very reasonable prices. Enjoyed the atmosphere a lot since it is a family business and everyone is friendly. Went with bathroom plans, had some great advice, made a customized vanity to match my tiles and is very practical to store my products. Along with the service they had great hospitality always enjoyed a coffee there.

6 months of nightmare dealing with this company so far. Incorrect orders, half deliveries, wrong measurements on vanities, countless follow up calls with no call back, rude staff, i could go on. Stay away from these guys and save yourself the headache

Quick to take your money, but when there's a problem they want nothing to do with you. Will never deal with again. Buyers BEWARE.
