Santini are the stockists of fine shoes. They stock some of my favourite brands such as Tony Bianco, Windsor Smith, RMK and Therapy. With all my fave brands in store, there is no other reason to look elsewhere
Love to shop in this store... varieties of shoes! (heels, boots, flats and sandals) reasonable price.. :)
One of my favorite shoe shops ever! Great range of shoes, well priced and friendly staff who don't mind how many pairs of shoes you want to try on.
Pity this kind of service isn't provided in their Doncaster store. Totally ignored by the staff (too busy gossiping), even while actually making a purchase! Staff at Head Office no better - makes excuses for said staff, suggests that I am lying, and refuses to to do anything about shoes that are faulty after a few wears.
The service from the sales people that work there is really horrendous. I had to wait a good 10 minutes whilst the two sales people in the store were chatting at the counter about their plans for the weekend. And this place is not that cheap either!
Saying Santini Shoes give Bad service is being kind. And like Maja said, "Head Office no better - makes excuses..."
I ordered a pair of shoes from Santini Shoes Online 22/04/2012. Two weeks later,still no shoes! If it wasn't for my partner who has has an online forum and posted about Santini (I told Sanitin Head Office about posts on 07/05/2012), and by 8:31am that day they gave a refund, though still waiting for that to be credited to the credit card.
Honestly I don't even think they sent the shoes, was told they contacted Australia Post to find out where the deliver had gone. But they sent it regular mail, so no way of tracking it. Seriously who sends goods like that!
Their online shoe store operates 24/7 but their customer support is only part time, maybe 3 days a week.
Do yourself a favour and stay away from the Santini Shoes Brand Melbourn, the only thing they're good at is giving BAD service!
