Sassi Dance

I hired the gorgeous people at Sassi Dance for my daughter's Hens in December. It was for a salsa lesson with the group at the event and it was fantastic fun. Jordan & Violeta made the steps easy to follow and were very good at helping those of us that were struggling at first. They came to us equipped with all they needed and we all had a blast while learning some sassy steps (which I can assure you was a workout that I wasn't expecting to enjoy!!). The icing on the cake of the day was when Jordan took the bride to be for a spin around the dance floor. She looked like a salsa queen. They were very accommodating when we had to change the venue from somewhere near them to an inner city address. Definitely value for money. We had about 20 ladies in attendance.

Great atmosphere - it is as relaxed and social or as focused and competitive as you want it to be - lovely people - I'm female my husband did not want to go, I tried it alone and never looked back.

My son and daughter both took ballroom dancing classes here for a while and we had a positive experience. The classes begin at tiny tots which are pay as you go taking the pressure off having to attend if you've had a tiring week (as is sometimes the case with littlies). There are concerts held frequently though they are very informal and stressfree - no children made up like mini adults and certainly no pressure to compete, though this is an option if you wish to take it further and progess. Both my kids had a bit of a confidence boost through dancing here, it's a shame that they both now want to do karate!

Large dance floor. Great atmosphere, lots of people. Learn progressive style of ballroom and latin dancing. Highly trained DanceSport competitors.
