my daughter took a day of work and was booked 2 weeks prior drove for a hour got to her appointment 1hour earlier waited then they tell her they don't have her hair in the colour for tapes then kept trying to offer to do beads after telling them several times she didn't want them , then they tried to recommend putting black and orange extensions making out it would blend in the hair which is a light brown , my daughter knows she has been a hairdresser for 9 years.After I spoke to them they said they where waiting for a delivery so why couldn't they ring prior to cancel her appointment their answer was they were to busy shocking customer service my daughter was to go to a awards night for hairdressers.
