It only took a phone call, with soil test results on a vacant block we were considering buying, had results in a few days. Reasonable priced - professionally presented written report ( 3 copies). We used this report with the Builder later on - he usually uses his own surveyors, but was happy to accept this report. ( another cost saving!). Am now living in the home built on the block!! Very happy with quick and professional service provided.
