Going to Save & Direct Kitchens was a great experience, right from the start to the end. The customer service was great and the gentleman that served us was very understanding to our needs. We had plenty choices to choose from and even when we changed our minds about a few things they were very welcoming about the changes. The end product was fantastic and the quality. We were very happy because they took the time to listen to what we wanted

Save and Direct Kitchens proved to have the best service i could ever ask for. I didnt expect it but they were very friendly and really catered to mine and my husbands needs. The wide variety allowed me to choose something really unique and to top it off very quick installation. I have a beautiful Kitchen now that I love and its thanks to them.. Thank you guys and I will definatly be highly recommending you guys to everyone. :)

After a few weeks the plastic on the cupboard doors started to drop off. Save & Direct said they would fix them. Never came. Manufactuerers came months ago saying they were part of a dud run, not enough glue, said maybe 'the boss' would do a deal (huh?). Wrote to Save & Direct but no reply. Actually recommended this company and they got an order. Certainly would never recommend again. My guarantee has run out and I have a kitchen that is literally falling to bits. Disgusting service.

The kitchen designs were unexpectedly a good range of quality offerings. The service from the first meeting to their final delivery of the kitchen I have ordered and customised was a welcome delight. They had a very reasonable price range unlike other places I've been to. They were also very accomodating with my special requests on design change(s). And to my pleasant surprise, at no extra cost! Great business to deal with. I'd highly recommend them.
