I would not trust them with dog blankets. The owner has no concept of customer service or competence. Our goods damaged in the cleaning process were not to be returned. No responsibility taken for damage. The jacket taken for cleaning cost over $1500 and we requested special care. None taken. No a single word of apology. In attempting resolution we were accused of lying and subject to verbal and racist abuse. The sarcastic, arrogant and rude behaviour of the owner was of a sort I have only rarely experienced in any professional capacity in over thirty years of local and international business.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!!

Ruined my suit. Said it was caused by it getting wet. Was fine before I left it in. Will never go back.
