I have being to Savion a number of times and each time enjoyed the visit. Coffee is good, cakes are amazing and service is always friendly. There are some savoury dishes too, and sometimes I have them and sometimes just cake and coffee. There are sitting areas both inside and outside and on a good day outside sitting is very pleasant.

Approximate cost: $15

These guys really looked after our kids who were not behaving well. We have not had service like this in a shop for years. The cakes, dough-nuts and biscuits were also terrific. If you like poppy seed cakes this is the place to go.

Savion is one of the few coffee/bakeries in Glenhuntly Rd where you're treated as a person, not just a paying customer. Tien and Hoa are professional, friendly, attentive and couteous to a tee - they are family people and provide a family-friendly environment. They are very welcoming of all, but particularly if you have young kids, this is the best place in Glenhuntly Rd for a morning/afternoon coffee break. Their little biscuits are delicious - again a rarity to be able to buy a small sweet treat with the coffee in a shopping strip of giant sugary pastries.

Approximate cost: $5

Savion cafe serves wonderful food. The most recommended food is the chicken and beef pie. They serve good coffee as well. I visit savion cafe on a daily basis. I had pie and a cup of coffee for my lunch or high tea everyday. The customer service is excellent, and the environment is clean and warm. In overall, everything is good and i am really satisfied with their products and services.

The staff are wonderful. Tien, the owner makes it worth the visit. The staff will open the door for a pram ladened mother/father, they always have a smile and service is speedy. The food is good too but the bagels are not the best in the neighbourhood. But the mixed biscuits are great for an afternoon tea treat.
