We regularly order home delivery from Sazio's whenever we can't be bothered cooking and they never disappoint. Everything we have ordered to date has been spot on and that's even after delivery to us in Cheltenham. Even their delivery time is impressive, always well within what was estimated. Highly recommended for take away!

I went here with a group of 3 friends and we all had vouchers from Scoopon for a 3 course meal. We had a few choices for each course which was nice and the waiter explained if we didn't like any of the particular choices we could pay extra for something else. The food was great, really yummy. Dessert portions were very small. Service was quite good!

I went there with my wife for dinner not knowing what to expect. we were shown to our table. It was not busy as we had an early booking 6p.m.(two other couples in the restaurant) and then waited for some considerable time for the waitress to attend to us with the menu and drinks. The food itself was extremely good quality and well presented on plate. I was impressed by the chicken parma (actually a chicken breast) cooked and was moist. My wife had osso buccco and she commented that it was very good. There enough on the plate without making you overfull. The food was slightly overpriced and waitering was very poor to say the least. I would go back there again.

Sazio means "satisfaction"!- But the only food I enjoyed there was their entree - Calamari rings, my daughter shared half of them! Overall the food was average, so was the dessert cheese cake - The risotto was extremely creamy. Maybe we should not go to this restaurant with high expectation.

seemed like an overpriced la porchetta. It was in the entertainment book in the gold section...so maybe I had higher expectations.....was disappointed with general atmosphere. Although initially it seemed to be a boutique restaurant from the exterior.....my impresion deffinately changed within a few minutes. food was ok and service was ok too, but not exceptional

The best thing about this place was the wait staff, while not overly experienced our waiter had a huge smile the whole time and was both polite and efficient.
But overall a little disappointing. Great menu to read, so maybe we ordered the wrong thing. Our bruscetta was overpriced for what we got - for the price I expected to be wowed but was not, it was certainly edible but small and no wow-factor.
Mains again were certainly edible but no wow-factor for either myself or my husband. We would certainly not protest at eating here again if friends suggested it, but we wouldn't seek to go back ourselves.

Great place to go and eat if you have gluten intolerance. They even have gluten free pasta which was delish. A little pricey but excellent service and good quality food. Good sized servings. My dad still raves about the whole grilled flounder he had there on his 60th birthday.

I went here while I was waiting to pick my daughter up. What a little gem I found!! Lovely service, desserts to die for, coffee a tad strong for me, though I could ask for half strength. No pressure for you to leave, even when just having a coffee. They open the door for when you leave too, you don't see that very often these days, well I don't, anyway....

a lovely italian resturant with adorable waiters, done the old fashion way. Have really nice dishes and no rush on how long you stay. They open the door for you when you arrive and when you leave. Just lovely
