I contacted the company as I had bought and air freshner that had no smell. It took appx 2 weeks to get back to me and they offered a replacement. I thought, WOW, great service. I had purchased a Scented Gel (Lavender) which I clearly stated in all communications. I received Refill Scented candles in Vanilla Scent? I replied back and toldd them I had received the incorrect product. They apologized and replied they would send me the Scented Gel (COOL MINT)!!! I had even highlighted the word Lavender in Uppercase, bold and the word was coloured Lavender!! I still got the Cool Mint. Great Customer service, but I think they need to read their emails a bit better to send A? The correct product and B? The correct scent...
