Shocking service. Constant lies. Watch out these guys will tell you your car will be ready the following week then they won’t contact you and then when you contact them they will tell you next week. Look at their negative google reviews.

I recently was referred to this smash repairer by the NRMA following a car accident. I was very sceptical after all the recent things I had heard about the NRMA network. However, I need not have worried. They helped me every step of the way. I was booked in promptly for the assessment and the car was then booked in within a couple of days for repairs. They did try to contact me to keep me up to date, but I was busy and found it hard to return calls. Even though I didn't bother taking my personal belongings out of the car they were placed neatly in the boot or remained in the glove box. The damage was quite extensive and it took three weeks to repair, but I had another car I could drive so I didn't hassle them. My car was returned in a clean and "as new" condition. There was even a lick of paint put on a couple of previous scratches (I bought the car second hand). If I had needed ongoing reports I feel confident I would have been given them. But in my case I was happy to just get the car back in one piece. I would definitely recommend them.
