Great customer service. They guided me in picking the right scooter for me and I couldn't be happier with my choice. They really went out of their way to cater to my needs.
This company sold my mother a scooter. They were very informative and seemed genuine on the phone and after calling around to a few stores for advise and prices I recommend to her that she take them up on the offer of a test drive and demonstration which they did at Mums house. This cost her nothing and she was not obligated to buy what they showed her.
I had told them Mum needed a scooter for shopping and a few other details about her and her home and they suggested a smaller style medium sized scooter and spoke of various models and brands with different strengths and weaknesses, and emailed me flyers about the most relevant.
They took two different scooters to her home that we had agreed were most appropriate. Mum was quite impressed by the "young gentleman" who consulted with her. I was unable to be there and was concerned she might feel pressured into buying something and made sure she called me before she committed to anything but she said she was quite the opposite and she was very comfortable. In the end she purchased the next model up from one of the models they had shown her and she had been terrorizing the neighborhood ever since!
