Scotty's Dog Wash

I write a review for this service with absolute pleasure.

Scotty is the easy & calm way to have my dogs clipped , groomed & fully pruned smelling and feeling like new animals.

Recently my Pomeranian was attacked by an english bulldog & Scotty took her into his arms, let me know how she was healing and took her for a lush clean up.

Not only was I delighted but so was my Pom and I feel Scottys love and tender touch helped in her surviving.

Well priced, convenient and lovey to my dogs.

Cannot recommend him and his crew enough!!!

I have been using Scotty's Dog wash for many years. He provides a great service, is always on time, is friendly and reliable. My 2 dogs look forward to Grooming day! I highly recommend Scott.

I had my standard poodle puppy of 7 months groomed by him yesterday and it was the worst job I have ever seen! I didn't realise just how bad it was until I washed him afterwards ...as he was returned to me full of his own fur. I took him to another groomer who tried to fix the uneven mess that Scotty made.
There were plenty warning signs I ignored, such as not returning messages before he came, not really taking any interest in what I wanted done and being more keen to get started and finished, not caring when Misha was distressed and fobbing it off as normal when I came out to see what was going on. After that I stayed and watched the massacre of his hair go from bad to worse! He was groomed too short, uneven all over, long matts left, no styleing and handed back wet and with fur all over him.
Scotty clipped his black nails in a dark trailer, bending into an even darker bath...I should have stopped him many times. I am angry at myself for not doing so, not listening to my gut and for paying him.
After I rang him to leave a long voicemail, no return call, and being hung up on this morning when I finally got through to him...I am absolutely fuming!
I run my own business too, and can't stand people that take so little pride in their work and care so little about their customers and honest feedback.

Scott has been grooming my dog for over 5 years now. He is always cheerful and friendly and the dog responds to him really well. No dramas anymore of getting the dog into the car. Scott has a fully equipped mobile grooming parlour and doesnt need anything from me except a power point. I would recommend him to anyone.
