Went to scruffy murphys few weeks ago and always seems good value, you must go up to the bar and order, the restaurant is on 2nd floor,usually staffed by Irish girls I think backpackers.They seemed to be polite and not over friendly but polite anyway.I ordered bangers and mash,good value I got 3 sausages,mash potato and gravy,11.50, and cappuccino $3.00.Yes as with self ordering you must collect your cutlery yourself too.I think good value place, also free water fountain near cutlery.

If you're in the city and are in search of a cheap meal that fills you up and that is cheaper than 10$ this place is the place to go to. Taste is not amazing , but not bad and it is very close to town hall/central and to the ernst and young building
