I wouldn’t recommend. Rude, unprepared and unwilling to take responsibility when they made mistakes.

Poor communication especially when it was necessary.

First class service, friendly and professional. I would certainly recommend Seanne and her team. We used them for a recent sale and purchase and were really happy.

They have no clue what they are doing, completely unprepared, staff's are rude, I will not recommend them at all.

Our real estate agent asked us if we wanted to use Sea Change Conveyancing. We didn't know anyone in the area so we agreed - one less thing to worrry about, right?. We have been very disappointed, however, and realize we should have found our own. The communication between real estate agent and conveyancer has been poor, contracts have contained mistakes, and the conveyancer has not only been unavailable to discuss the errors, and we still haven't heard back. The most frustrating part of purchasing the property has been dealing with this conveyancer. Of course, I don't recommend her.

Recently sold my house and I got Sea Change to do the conveyancing. The staff here are always pleasant and helpful. They explained things thoroughly when I was not sure. Nothing is too much trouble. I rocked up to sign paper work without notice, and its never a problem. Price is reasonable.

Partner and I bought a block of land recently and used Sea Change Conveyancing. Sea Change was recommended to my partner when he sold his house a few months ago, so we have used them twice now. Seanne is very helpful, pleasant and easy to talk to and nothing is too much trouble. The place is situated at the back of the shops so a little hard to find but there is lots of parking. Cost was reasonable.
