Fantastic service. Sent the belt Monday and returned on Wednesday to Shepparton. Reinstalled Wednesday night . Over half the price of a new belt and full re webbing , good as new . Cant rate them highly enough . Thankyou

Impressed by the knowledge of all staff.
Removed, refurbished my seat belt and then re-installed it in just under an hour.
Only charged me for the time it took, not for the quoted price which was more so saved me money.
Very honest and I feel safe dealing with these guys.

The worst experience I've ever had, they promised to make my seatbelts retract properly, charged me $510 and didn't fix the problem. The boss then stood over me and said I was breaking his balls and even though the belt still won't retract its still road worthy. [redacted]
I am a disability pensioner with motor neurone disease and I've just wasted $510 , very disappointed please don't make the same mistake I did..

You are such a liar and it makes me burn you write these complete falsehoods when in fact you abused EVERYONE at my premises, two senior ladies and my trade assistant, a quiet 23 year old, as well as me.
There was not anything majorly wrong with the seat belts in your car when you brought them in and I told you that anything I could do would achieve marginal improvement.
But you wanted new seat belts and Mercedes were going to charge you $1100 each PLUS labor.
You were told by me that there would only be minimal improvement in the retracting of the seat belts as your original ones were in such good condition. It took almost 3 hours of labor because his Mercedes is not easy to work on.

For anyone reading this Mr TONYJ211 has alot of rights under consumer laws in Victoria to seek redress for what he alleges happened to him.

Needed a seat belt extender for Subaru Forester - unable to locate at auto stores and baby furniture stores. Subaru were useless. Friend put me onto seat belt king - he had the part and gave me great directions to find him. He also does delivery.
