Secure Parking Pty Ltd

Sincere apologies to Wilson Parking. This was actually Secure Parking. I thought Wilson and Secure were one and the same. This is not so. They are separate entities. Needed to go to Sydney CBD on Sunday 1 April so pre-booked online parking at Secure PArking 131 Macquarie Street. Received back a 12-digit Booking Reference number 5-digit PIN by text message to my mobile phone. Arrived at Secure Parking 131 Macquarie St at pre-booked time to find it closed. Called Secure Parking only to be told they were redirecting bookings for 131 Macquarie St elsewhere. So why did they allow the bookings in the first place? Is Secure Parking intending to compensate customers who were relying on their pre-arranged bookings but missed important appointments due to having to find other parking?
