This place has been completely transformed in the past five years due to new management. Not only do they sell groceries but meat and bread, etc. Some workers do not know how to speak English yet are still quite helpful once you get around the communication barrier. The quality of fruit and veg is adequate, some days are better than others. Pretty good value but I had higher expectations as back then, I visited weekly, I rarely visit nowadays.

Well, the service is not that bad, but the quality is atrocious! BEWARE! of the expiry date! DON'T you ever get fooled by the cheap one dollar trolley, literally everything in that trolley is out of date. My parents use to buy boxes of cucumbers and tomatoes, but since the quality was so bad we just never came back. I like the old management better, I remember when i was little the kind lady always gave me a stamp when i visited. All i'm saying is beware of the expiry dates!

Approximate cost: $1.00

These people are quite nice to do business with, they have a good range of fruit and veg, and a lot of normal grocery items as well, they always seem to be busy when I go there.
