I train with Yordis from Seijo Trainer. He is very professional and creative with our training sessions. I enjoy the variety and, as I’m a working professional, I appreciate his flexibility. Yordis keeps me motivated and I always look forward to our sessions. Yordis is good value for money with the 45 minute sessions generally being 45 minutes of training with stretching time on top.
I can’t recommend Seijo Trainer highly enough.
